Prashant Tamang, 3rd Indian Idol is no more Single. He recently married to Geeta Ale from Dimapur, Nagaland ,North East India on 16 Feb 2011. As reported by local daily easternmirrornagaland , Prashant Tamang landed in Dimapur on February 13 for his wedding reception and it was held at Niathu Resort, 6th mile Dimapur. A host of relatives, friends and well wishers of the couple attended the grand reception which started at 2 pm. The 27 year old Prashant Tamang who even celebrated his valentines day at Niathu Resort as reported was engage with Martha Aley (Geeta) at Guwahatis since June 16 2010, the reception which was slated at the end of last year was delayed since Prashant Tamang had commitments for a lengthy European Tour. Since winning the Indian Idol, Prashant Tamang has also released an album of his own and two films namely Anga Loma and Gurkha Paltan which were super hits in Nepal. The 25 year old Martha Aley, familiarly known as Geeta was born and brought up in Kohima, where she did her schooling from Little Flower School and completed her HSSLC from Livingstone Higher Secondary School, Dimapur, and graduated from SD Jain, Dimapur. She later went on to work as a flight attendant in a reputed Airline. They are planning to settle down in Darjeeling. Well, congratulations from our side to newly married couple.
